The Commission usually issues a press release upon the issuance of a determination that a judge or justice should be admonished, censured or removed from office. Such press releases are issued upon completion of service and notice requirements set forth in the Judiciary Law.

The Commission periodically issues press releases on other occasions, such as the publication of its annual report.
